How SpinPoint works

1. Add your participants

Type names directly, paste a list, or upload a CSV, XLSX, XLS or TXT document. Manual and imported entries live side by side and are treated identically.

2. Let SpinPoint read your document

SpinPoint counts the rows and columns, detects whether the first row is a header, and scores every column to suggest the most likely participant-name column. It never silently picks a column for you — you confirm the choice.

3. Review before anything reaches the wheel

Imported names land in a review table first. Blank cells, duplicates, IDs, emails and odd formatting are flagged. You can edit names inline, remove entries, add missing participants and search large lists. Nothing questionable is deleted automatically.

4. Configure the event

Pick an event mode, set the number of winners, choose a countdown, enable auto-spin, sound, voice announcements, prizes and a wheel theme. None of these settings change anyone's chance of winning.

5. Spin, reveal, record

The countdown runs, the winner is drawn securely, the wheel animates to that already decided result, and the winner is revealed with sound, voice and celebration. Every result is logged in your winner history and can be exported to CSV, TXT or JSON.

Running a live event

• Presentation mode gives you a clean full-screen stage for projectors.
• SPACEBAR spins, ESC exits presentation mode.
• Auto-spin can run a full multi-winner draw with pause and resume.
• Share a wheel by link or QR code for screens, posters and meetings.
