Using SpinPoint

SpinPoint is provided as-is for running random selections. You are responsible for the content you enter or import and for how you use the results.

Fairness

SpinPoint draws winners using the browser's cryptographic random number generator and does not provide any mechanism to predetermine or manipulate a result. Where a draw is subject to competition law or regulation in your jurisdiction, complying with those rules remains your responsibility.

Availability and data

Wheels are stored in your browser. We cannot recover data that is lost when browser data is cleared, and we make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpinPoint and Digi Diva Pty (Ltd) are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.
