Uploaded documents

Participant documents are parsed entirely inside your browser. The file is never uploaded to a SpinPoint server and is not stored permanently. Only the file name and size are kept alongside your wheel so you can see where an import came from, and you can delete that reference at any time with Delete uploaded file. Deleting it does not delete the participants you already imported.

Wheels and results

Wheels, participants and winner history are saved in your browser's local storage on this device only. Clearing site data, or using the delete controls in My Wheels, removes them permanently.

Accounts

No account is required to use SpinPoint, and we do not ask for personal information to run a draw.

Sharing

Share links encode the wheel configuration in the URL itself. Participant names are excluded by default; they are only included if you explicitly switch that option on.

Your responsibilities

If you import personal information belonging to other people, make sure you have the right to use it for a draw, and only share links that include names when it is appropriate to do so.
