Participant names and lists are processed locally on your device. They are not uploaded to or stored on SpinPoint servers. Only anonymized technical metrics may be processed through Google Play Services to help us understand app performance and stability.

Any information processed by SpinPoint is used strictly for real-time feature execution, such as spinning wheels and generating groups. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

4. Data Security

Because participant data is handled within your local session and kept on your device, you remain in control of it. Clearing your browser data or deleting wheels from My Wheels removes that information permanently.

5. Children's Privacy

SpinPoint does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
